Online tyre dealer Delticom launches shop
for motorbike tyres in Switzerland: www.motorradreifendirekt.ch
With the launch of its new motorbike tyre shop in Switzerland (www.motorradreifendirekt.ch) the leading European Internet tyre trader now offers motorbikes tyres in all German-speaking countries. After the launch in Germany (www.motorradreifendirekt.de) last November and in Austria (www.motorradreifendirekt.at) in July of this year, the Swiss can now buy motorbike tyres by means of the Internet.
Hanover, 10.09.2002 The Swiss web site is set up similarly to the other motorbike tyre shops. Bikers can select between approximately 3500 types of road, enduro, chopper, cruiser and motocross tyres brands. Tyres are delivered to any address - home or to a tyre fitter or garage equipped for motorbike tyres. Parallel to the opening of its B2C motorbike tyre shop, Delticom now offers bike tyres in its Swiss B2B shop for garages and tyre fitters (www.autoreifenonline.ch).
In all of its shops in six European countries, the concept is based on a large range of products offered at a lower price. Swiss customers profit from the Hanover-based company's offer. "The relatively high price levels in Switzerland make our offer even more attractive", explained Delticom Managing Director Andreas Prüfer (39), responsible for the business unit E-Commerce. The service includes 100 tyre fitters in Switzerland prepared to mount the tyres for Delticom customers. The online shop offers several different payment options: by bank transfer, credit card or invoice.
With the new shop, the Hanover company offers Swiss drivers and bikers, as well as dealers and tyre fitters access to its full range of products: tyres for private, commercial, and all-terrain vehicles and motorbikes. The motorbike tyre shop rounds off Delticom's offer in Switzerland, which includes the car tyre shop for private customers (www.reifendirekt.ch) and business customers (www.autoreifenonline.ch).
Swiss are already good customers in the online tyre trade
