After only two years, the Hannover-based tyre dealer Delticom has grown up and has positioned itself as an important partner in the tyre segment. The new professional design underlines the economic success of the young company.
Hanover, 8.5.2001. The first professional internet tyre dealer, the Hanover-based Delticom AG has a new logo. "The time was ripe for a more professional outfit", explained the Managing Director and co-founder Rainer Binder (43). The tyre dealer looks back on two years of continuous success: profitable from the start, double figure turnover increases, expansion of the online tyre shop into the other German-speaking countries. "Our former logo didn't suit our expanding company any more" underlined Dr. Andreas Pruefer (38), Managing Director and co-founder.
With its two business units as an international wholesaler and e-commerce, Delticom has earned itself a very good reputation in the tyre business. The new logo underlines the image of the international tyre dealer. It shows increased emphasis on facts and underlines the business's solid reputation and dynamic growth.
Delticom has a number of important international contacts and as a result can procure large quantities worldwide without stock keeping. In addition the Hannover company uses the Internet as a basis for all communication and transactions to keep the costs low. As a result, Delticom offers tyres at prices up to 25 percent lower than competitors. Apart from various well-known brands and types, the Hannover-based company provides its internet customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with a database of advice, test results and more than 800 service partners. The tyres are delivered to an address chosen by the customer - for example to the customer's home, a tyre dealer, a car dealer or a service station.
